We are working with a European company to embed STALON/SIMAC chip in an energy efficient street light controller. Energy saving can be achieved while the maintenance costs are reduced for street light control and management. The streetlights and intensity will be controlled through STALON/SIMAC over the existing power line network. The STALON/SIMAC chips also provide the communication channel to report the faulty streetlights automatically to the centre office.
